- Soak the removable part: Place the earmould, ear tip or sound tube in the cleaning solution. Do not place the hearing aid body, receiver, battery compartment, microphone openings or charging contacts in the liquid.
- Rinse if needed: After soaking, rinse the cleaned part if the product instructions recommend it.
- Dry thoroughly: Let the part dry completely before reconnecting it to the hearing aid. If you have cleaned a sound tube, an air blower can help remove water from inside the tube.
- Reconnect only when dry: Attach the part to the hearing aid again only when you are sure no moisture remains.
