Closed Smokey Dome Large for replacement. The dome is the part of the hearing aid that sits furthest inside the ears and is therefore the most exposed part of your hearing aid. Other than making sure that your hearing aid sits comfortably in your year, fresh domes also ensure the most optimal sound quality in your hearing aids.

Every packet contains 10 sound domes, and it is recommended that they are replaced every four weeks along with wax filters.

At one point, the manufacturer changed the material to this smoke-colored, which gives a better shadow effect in the ear and is also more discreet. At the same time, the change to a more skin-friendly material was made.

Smokey Domes are measured from the widest place on the dome, 6 mm for Small, 8 mm for Medium, and 10 mm for Large, respectively.
