It provides extra stability and ensures that the receiver does not become loose or slip out during the day—ideal for active users or individuals with a wider ear canal.

The product is made from flexible, skin-friendly material and is mounted directly onto the receiver. When correctly positioned, the retention sits inside the concha (the outer ear) and acts as a discreet anchor.
